Abstract
Although school climate largely remains an undefined term in the literature, The aim of this project is to create an atmosphere in schools where all stakeholders feel secure, comfortable, and happy and invest in the common vision of the school which is to promote education and raise constructive, creative responsible adults who do value addition to the society they live in. Fundamental features that enhance and add value to the school life are mutual respect and consensus and involvement of parents, teachers, management, and students into the common vision and mission. Therefore, developing a framework for the reduction of bullying and victimization, the correct behavioral attitude of the perpetrators and victims, and involving teachers and parents into school vision are specific goals of the project.
