This research explores the pivotal role of agriculture in sustaining human civilizations by investigating the link between soil stability and agricultural practices on degraded land. This study was conducted at two field locations: Sandown Farms and Blue Grouse Wineries, and at the Ecogastronomy Lab at UVic.
