dc.description.abstractA search is done on the entire BaBar data set for the neutrino-less tau decay tau->e gamma. No evidence for the decay is found and a 90% confidence level upper limit is determined to be 3.3 * 10^(-8) including systematic uncertainty. This measurement is a factor of three improvement from the previous best result from BaBar.en
