dc.description.abstractThis Master’s Project provides the City of Vernon with a service implementation strategy that explores options to extend sewer service to properties in an area of the city commonly known as the Okanagan Landing. The report was completed in several stages in order to define the service area and capital cost of service, explore cost recovery options and related case law issues, identify key implementation success factors, and provide recommendations for service implementation.en_US
