dc.description.abstractThis project examines the importance of new principals utilizing a school entry plan to assist in successful transitioning into a new school placement. The school entry plan provides tools and strategies which helps the new principal or transitioning principal make a positive transition into a school community. The ideas in the entry plan provide support for all stakeholders and ultimately lead to a successful transition for all principal leaders in transition.en_US
