| dc.description.abstract | This study explored strategies that can be undertaken by individuals, communities, and organizations to improve the wellbeing and resilience of public sector employees aged 24-39 (millennials) in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Developing strong wellbeing and resilience skills is key to positive daily functioning and to getting through challenging situations. 2020 presented a unique opportunity to explore wellbeing and resilience during a time of unprecedented change and challenge. Enhanced understanding of how population groups were impacted and coped at this time could offer insight into ways they can thrive moving forward. The experiences of this population group both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic were examined, and similarities and differences in the ways they coped were considered. | en_US |
