dc.description | The KT Pathways have been reviewed by the Pathways Advisory Group (for details, please see the Preamble of the KT Pathways). | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Based on our scoping review on knowledge translation (KT) competencies, we also developed a self-assessment tool (the KT Pathways) for professional development of three target audiences (i.e., knowledge users, knowledge brokers, and knowledge producers/researchers) focusing on health KT. | en_US |

dc.description.sponsorship | The scoping review on core knowledge translation competencies (published) was the foundation to develop the self-assessment tool (the KT Pathways). The scoping review was instigated by the Michael Smith Foundation for Health Research (MSFHR), which also covered the expenses for the open access publication of the scoping review and provided honoraria to graduate students who contributed to this study and to the first author of the publication (AM). MSFHR was neither involved in the design of the study nor in the collection, analysis or interpretation of the data or in writing the manuscript, although GS is a MSFHR employee and a co-author in both the scoping review paper and the KT Pathways. Additional assistance was provided by the following individuals to whom we express our sincere thanks: Thea Franke, Sherry Hamilton, and Donna Matier. | en_US |
