Abstract
This poster looks at the ways directors and designers, through visual media, act as educators for the public when it comes to World War One. I examine diverse, non-academic media, such as YouTube and videogames, to argue why historians need to make a greater effort in engaging with these mediums to ensure the accuracy of WWI, and general history, for the public.
