dc.description.abstractThe Theta Probe is calibrated for duff (forest floor organic matter) water content using samples collected from six boreal forest stands. Values of a0 1.0, a1 5.8 and uncertainty in duff water content of 90.09 m3m 3 were determined. Results were consistent regardless of tree type or duff depth.en_US
