dc.description.abstractIn this talk, we'll explore the diverse range of design methods available within the legal domain, focusing on how these approaches can address complex challenges. Drawing on examples from my work at Portable and other projects, we will discuss how legal design operates across different spectrums—from traditional to innovative methods—and how ethical considerations are woven into these practices. Through this exploration, we’ll examine the critical role that ethics plays in shaping effective, meaningful legal design solutions.
